Europay/MasterCard International and U.W.E. (Union Wallonne des Entreprises /
Southern Belgium Federation of Enterprises), the Managing Partner
is responsible for the daily management of
Socrates HR and for the marketing and sales of the SHR
concepts in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and
Switzerland.

A new activity just
developed: the COACHING

The Socrates HR consultants
have been practicising the coaching
of executives, managers and team leaders since
1995. Now they have developed this technique and are proposing it as a new
consulting service activity. More

Alain
Mulatin is partner in training via SimplyLife
in personal development programs, in management training,
in delegation and assertiveness training. He
joins other consutlants in performance evolution management training and contributes in
several other programs proposed by Socrates HR. With some other
partners, they are now preparing a new concept, known as "Talents for
Life ". In the next
months, we will be pleased to present this new innovative
concept.

Frappaolo, bachelor i
n marketing at ISFEC (Haute École Roi
Baudouin) in La Louvière, completed a four-month internship training in marketing while
preparing her end of studies work. She had been trained in the various
softwares used by Socrates HR for the management of applications, missions
and contacts and the Competence Profile. We wish her a lot of
successes in her career.
